When you request service, provide the following information:
- The URL where the issue is happening
- Steps to reproduce the issue? (if applicable)
- Expected outcome
Examples of requests might include:
- Quick fixes such as date updates, directory changes or updating content
- Copy editing or editorial services
- Technical assistance with the content management system
- Feature, page or site development
- Web analytics
- Account creation or access
- Standards or best practices clarifications
Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting requests.
How to use the Web Services system
The Web Services system is provided by UTC Information Technology's TeamDynamix system.
After you click the "Web Services" button, below:
- Log in with your UTC ID and password, same as your email login and other system logins.
- Choose a category from the list of services.
- Click the request service button.
- Fill out the required fields in the request form.
- Add optional information, attachments, screen shots, images, etc. to specify relevant issues and clarify your request .
